Our Role / Services Provided
- Created subdivisions to combine parcels
- Annexed an entire site to the City of Fort Lupton
- Prepared ALTA Surveys and slurry wall exhibits for each property sold to the City
- Created easement for pipelines and access
- Researched County road rights-of-way around and within entire site
- Perform a Topographic Survey of the water storage cells
