Fasken Subdivision
This project is a Multi-Use Master Plan Development called Fasken Oil & Ranch Master Plan. This project is the first of its kind in Midland having multiple on-site working well locations. Project planning and development wraps around the multiple oil well sites with approved guidelines, and proper pipeline easements providing future residents with an abundance of aesthetic cover and blended atmosphere. There are also multiple large commercial lots for ease of future shopping and entertainment.
