Steel Pipe Manufacturing Facility
When operational, the TPCO America facility will be the largest single investment by a Chinese company in a US manufacturing facility and will produce annually approximately 500,000 metric tons of 4″ through 10 3/4″ seamless steel pipe principally for use in the energy industry, both here and abroad.
Scope / Requirements
Landpoint was contracted to perform pile stakings for +/- 4700 piles. During this contract, we additionally validated existing control, set new control, established cut off elevations, anchor bolt locations, and corrected existing errors in the overhead crane rails.
Due to our diligence and work ethics, Landpoint was named the onsite surveyor, meaning all land surveying data had to be reviewed or provided by Landpoint.

The TPCO America Corp project is located near Gregory, Texas.
